The Beech floor plan comes in a 4 or 5 bedroom configuration with 3 baths and a total of 3,098 heated square feet. This plan has a bedroom on the bottom floor for your guests/mother-in-law and a luxurious master suite upstairs for you complete with our signature closet which includes a center island and glamorous chandelier.
